	How to upgrade to Quick Heal 2010 ?

Solution Dear All,

Glad to inform you that we have released Quick Heal 2010 and you can upgrade your existing license to this new version by following below given steps.

[NOTE: Quick Heal 2010 will not support Win 98/Me]

Step 1 :

Visit below URL.

http://www.quickheal.co.in/builds.asp

Step 2:

Provide your Quick Heal serial number, which will enable you to download the file. SAVE this file on your system.

Step 3 :

On completing the download, execute this file on your system, while your system is connected to Internet, and it will download the rest of the installer file.

Step 4. Once the entire file is downloaded, execute this installer to install application

NOTE :

# After upgradation to Quick Heal 11.00, you can not reuse Quick Heal 9.50. This upgradation is not applicable for Windows 98/Me/NT users, customers using these Operating Systems have to stay with Quick Heal 9.50 only.

# If you are using QH2009 on server/ or QH license is purchased under MSWGA offer, then you can continue with the same, as QH2009 updates will be continued.

# Now Quick Heal 2010 is also compatible with "Windows 7" operating system. So “Windows 7” users can use QH 2010 for Protecting their systems with Quick Heal.

# Users having 12 character serial numbers first visit www.quickheal.com/srn2prd.htm and then proceed with the instructions.
