Solution Hi,

Please follow below given steps , if Quick Heal on your system has completely disappeared, while upgrading it to Quick Heal 2010.
Before that please check, if Quick Heal entry is present in,

# Start->All Programs
# Control Panel->Add Remove Programs.

If not, then the steps for installing Quick Heal are as below.

# Step 1:

Visit www.quickheal.co.in/builds.asp
Here enter the serial number of your license for downloading the appropriate installer of QH.
***If you are having 12 character serial number, then get a 20 character serial number of your license first, by visiting, www.quickheal.co.in/srn2prd.htm

# Step 2:

Execute this newly downloaded file.
After execution of this file, it will start downloading the actual installer file.
Wait until the complete installer file gets downloaded.

# Step 3:

Now execute the latest downloaded installer file on your system.
This will install Quick Heal 2010 on your Pc.

# Step 4:

After completing the installation, register QH by using the option, "Register Quick Heal" and by entering the 20 character serial number / product key of your license.

# Step5:

In Quick Heal 2010 you do not need activation number for reactivating your license, hence preserve the 20 character serial number for future use.
