Posted by Muhammad Nehad on 22 August 2012 03:25 PM

You can activate one product key on only one computer.

Quick Heal has anti-piracy check on its server. If one product key is activated on multiple computers, that activation is considered as invalid.

The 'Invalid License' error message is displayed when our server observes that your product has been activated on multiple computers and is downloading updates from multiple computers.

If you have multiple computers, check on all your computers and verify that one product key is not activated on more than one computer.

If your product key is activated on more than one computer, uninstall Quick Heal from all your computers and activate it on only one computer.

1. If you have not activated one product key on more than one computer, you will have to send us the following details from the registered email id for verification :

User Name [Given at the time of registration].
