Error while updating Quick Heal – Quick Update Application has stopped working

Cause:
This error message appears due to some inconsistency between certain files of Microsoft Windows and Quick Heal. Following steps below would resolve this problem.


Solution:
Download the appropriate patch as per your system configuration. Install it and restart your computer. Then, try to update Quick Heal.

For 32 bit operating systems:

For 64 bit operating systems:
http://bitcast-b.bitgravity.com/quickheal/tools/2012/64/QHFIX64112011.EXE
