Forgot Quick Heal's Settings password? Here's how to reset it.

If you are using Quick Heal 2014 or above Desktop Products, then it is possible to reset Quick Heal's settings password incase you have forgotten it.

However this can can be done only by an authorized user who has access to the registered Email ID [Email ID used while registering the Product].


-  When ever you are required to enter password, Quick Heal will also show an option "Forgot Password".



- On clicking "Forgot password" you will be redirected to our site which will walk you through the Terms and conditions.



- After agreeing to the terms and conditions a validation mail will be sent to the registered email for verification.



- Open the Mail from your registered email ID and proceed with the confirmation by selecting "Click to complete the process".


- The verification will be completed. Now the respective Quick Heal is marked for disabling its Password on our Server.


- Inorder to complete the reset procedure, you need to update your Quick Heal from our Internet server.

                               You can also take update manually by following these steps:


                        Right click the Quick Heal icon in System Tray and Click the Update Now button.


- The Quick Heal settings password should be disabled successfully now.


Note-  Note that you should perform these step from the system in which you want to reset the Quick Heal's password.

         This facility is applicable for registered standalone products only and not for Trail versions or EPS products.

         Internet is required to avail this facility.
