How to submit a false positive?

If any of your genuine files are being detected by Quick Heal as suspicious/infected, you can submit those files to our Viruslab Team.

To create a ticket, go to

Select Country, State, City, Department: Submit False Positive.

Thereafter, tick-mark 'I have read Important Instructions' and click Submit.

Enter General Information, Product Information, write your issue in brief in Subject Line.

In Message Details, mention the exact inquiry/request/problem regarding Quick Heal in a detailed manner.


At the bottom, click on Add File, click on Browse, select the file which you want to send and click Submit.

Our Viruslab Team will analyze the files and reply you accordingly.
