Phone has got blocked ; forgot secret code.

Solution:

You can Unblock your phone by using Forgot Code option,  Just perform the below actions on your blocked phone

  • On the mobile screen, tap Unblock.
  • Tap Forgot Code?
  • Enter answers to the security questions.
  • Tab Submit.
  • Change Secret Code screen appears.
  • Enter New Secret Code and Confirm Secret Code.
  • Tap Save.

You can now use the new secret code to unblock your phone.
