If you forget the secret code and also the answers to the security questions, then you can unblock it by following below steps.

Applicable Product : All versions of Quick Heal Mobile Security.

1. Get the recovery code on your registered email

• Visit the the http://license2.quickheal.com/mobact/

In the above link you will be prompted to enter your product key and Registered Email ID. (Registered email id is nothing but, ID which was provided during the activation of your Quick Heal Product).

• Once both the above valid information is provided, After verification of the details provided, you will get an recovery code in your provided registered email id. 

2. Unblock Phone by entering the recovery code.

• Take the blocked device, Select the "Unblock" Button. 
  Select the option "Unlock Using Recovery Code".
• Enter the recovery code received in the registered email id and click on submit. 
• Once the valid recovery code is entered, you will be prompted to configure the new security code and security questions.
• Once the above is done, Quick Heal Mobile Security will start working with the new security code.
