While scanning Quick Heal hangs and is required to force close.

Please make sure that no other Security Applications or power saving applications like Dr. Battery Saver etc that put the phone in sleep mode are installed on your phone, if so uninstall them and then try scanning. Also check your phone has enough memory for the application to run. You can try closing all other running applications and then try scanning.
Also make sure you have the latest version (1.01.32 or higher ) of Quick Heal mobile security installed on your Handset as the fix is included in 1.01.32.
You can check the version of Quick Heal Mobile Security installed on you phone in the about screen of Quick Heal Mobile Security.
 - Open Quick Heal Mobile Security application.
 - On the application Dashboard, tap on the device Menu button
 - Tap on the Help button.
 - Tap on About option.
Download latest version from if accessed from mobile phone.
