Will Quick Heal be able to trace the mobile even if GPS is off on the phone?

Yes, when you send TRACE antitheft_secret_code then quick heal will automatically activate GPS on your phone and help you trace the location of the phone. The code TRACE antitheft_secret_code should be send from the alternate number provided by you earlier while enabling anti theft feature in Quick Heal.
