How to reply to Fusion tickets

After the ticket has been created, you will receive the following three mails from Quick Heal Support Team:

  • Welcome Mail (Login Credentials)
  • Ticket ID Mail (Ticket ID of Case)
  • Mail Content (Final Mail with Sender’s Name)

 

 

1. Your Welcome Mail contains your login credentials for fusion i.e EMail ID and Password along with Fusion Portal Link to login to Fusion Portal. 

 

 

Note - In case you don't have your Fusion Password, follow the steps given on the Steps to Retrieve Password link.

 

2. Login to Fusion Portal by using your credentials.

 

 

3. Click on View Tickets to view all tickets.

 

4. Click on Subject Line to Open the Ticket.

5. Click on Post Reply to reply ticket.

 

6. After click on Post reply type the message under Message Details box & click on Upload File(s)/Add File to attach the file(if any).
